At Unhinged, every mug is made and packed with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mug arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A photo of the damaged mug

A photo of the shipping box and packaging
Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement mug at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
