Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Most orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Damage
Every order is carefully packaged before leaving our shop. If your mug arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To process a replacement, please include:

A photo of the damaged mug

A photo of the shipping box and packaging
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Unhinged is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
